New EvolveLAB Team Members!

As our clients needs grow, so do we! With that we have recently brought on 3 new team members that have recently joined the EvolveLAB family. Please join us in welcome Miguel Bardaji Izard, Greg Ryan, and Jim Greve!

Jim Greve joins the EvolveLAB team as a BIM Manager with over twenty years of design and production experience in the AEC industry. Throughout that time Jim’s roles have ranged from BIM Technician to BIM Manager, Architectural Designer to Terrestrial LiDAR Specialist, all while he gained an understanding of multiple disciplines and project types managing the technology and production of numerous design projects. Jim is driven to teach, encourage, and help maximize the potential within each client or team member he works with. Drawing from his years of experience and personal desire to contribute to something great, Jim is thrilled to be a part of the excellent things EvolveLAB is doing. In his free time Jim enjoys playing and writing music, attending concerts, fishing trips, hanging out with family, and can often be found attending his kids’ multiple games throughout the various sport seasons.

Miguel joined our team as a Design Technology Developer, to continue crafting automated solutions and challenge the ways in which we can incorporate automation into AEC’s processes and workflows. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and continued gaining industry knowledge while working for an architecture firm. At that time, Miguel quickly realized the gap between the current technology available and AEC’s common practices and started to create Dynamo scripts that automated the documentation process of a design. Afterwards, he started developing custom Revit add-ins in C# that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and improve Revit workflows through automation and interactive UI’s.

When not pursuing his passion for design technology, Miguel enjoys fishing, golfing, exploring craft breweries, and traveling to his hometown of Madrid, Spain. He has completed two marathons and enjoys looking for dogs online, with hopes of adopting one (or a few) soon.

Greg was born and raised in Buffalo, New York where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He practiced for four years in an outpatient orthopedic setting until the lockdown in March of 2020 brought his work to a halt. As a software development hobbyist, Greg took advantage of his free time in lockdown to elevate his software skills to a professional level. He last worked as a developer and tester for an enterprise software company where he gained experience working with vast data systems. In his free time, Greg has also worked on programming projects involving physical simulation and graphical rendering. He now brings his knowledge and experience in software to the EvolveLAB team. Outside of work, Greg enjoys the company of his girlfriend and two dogs, where they currently reside in Kansas City, MO. He also tends to gravitate towards performance-oriented activities. He has recently been playing wide receiver in semiprofessional football, but also enjoys playing music or taking improv classes.
